      Description

      Provides GT Engine Increase. Enjoy additional horsepower and torque with the Vortech V-2 Si-Trim Supercharger with a Charge Cooler - Tuner Kit – Polished. Although the 4.6L V8 on the Mustang GT model is already formidable at 260 horsepower and 302 lb-ft of torque, you will increase its output to 364 horsepower and 371 lb-ft of torque, respectively.

      Helps Cool Engine Compartment. With its built-in air-to-air charge cooler, this tuner kit helps ensure that the compartment where your engine resides has a temperature suitable for proper operation. Credit that to aluminum mandrel-bent charge tubes, which increase the air density.

      Enables Customized Tuning and Fuel Modifications. As a tuner kit, this item does not come with a fuel system upgrade or ECM reprogramming. It does enable you, though, to custom-tune or make fuel modifications.

      Covered by Three-Year Limited Warranty. For three years after the date of purchase, Vortech covers this system for any defects in its material and workmanship.

      Needs Expert-Level Installation. This item comes with all the parts necessary for complete installation, which is rated at an expert level of mechanical skill and can take over six hours.

      Tuner Kit. Tuner Kits include the Supercharger Head Unit, piping, mounting bracketry and parts required for basic installation. Tuner Kits do not include fuel components, electronic components, programmer or calibration. Custom dyno tuning is required for operation.

      Application. The Vortech V-2 Si-Trim Supercharger with a Charge Cooler - Tuner Kit - Polished fits all 1999–2004 Ford Mustang GT models. Sporting a polished finish, it is sold as a kit.
