These long tube headers utilize mandrel-bent tubes to improve the exhaust flow of your Challenger. This improved exhaust flow results in a noticeable 35 HP gain in horsepower, and that’s without re-calibration. Once re-calibration is done, you will get to experience the true power of these long tube headers.

      Aggressive Exhaust Tone. Not only do these BBK Long Tube Headers boost the performance of your Dodge Challenger, but they also give it a more aggressive muscle car sound. Wide 1.75-inch mandrel-bent tubes are designed to accommodate more air than those restrictive stock headers. This increased airflow can give your Challenger that mean sound you’re looking for.

      Solid Construction. Each of these BBK Long Tube Headers is crafted from 1.75-inch CNC mandrel-bent tubes. This gives the tubes exceptional durability to withstand wear and heavy use. The polished titanium ceramic finish protects the headers from rust and corrosion while making your Challenger look good.

      Re-Tune Required. After installing these BBK Long Tube Headers, you will have to re-calibrate your Challenger’s computer. This re-calibration will allow you to feel the maximum potential of your BBK Long Tube Headers.

      Not CARB Approved. These BBK Long Tube Headers do not comply with CARB regulations. This means that these BBK Long Tube Headers are not legal for use or sale in California and other states adopting California Emission regulations.
