      Description

      High-Performance Inspired Style. Give your Challenger a high-performance makeover with the Anderson Composites Type-OE Demon Hood; Carbon Fiber. This OE-style hood features the familiar “wet” exposed weave look typical of carbon fiber parts. On your Challenger, this hood dials-up the aggressive factor of your vehicle, making it stand out from the rest of the pack. Likewise, its reduced weight will surely give your vehicle that competitive advantage come race day.

      Full Functionality. The large air scoop on this Demon-style hood is not just there for show. In fact, this scoop works seamlessly with your Challenger's Air-Grabber intake system, if so equipped. This ensures your engine is supplied with the right amount of air. Additionally, this hood scoop may also allow clearance of a supercharger’s head unit, eliminating the need for lowering your engine.

      High-Strength Build Quality. This hood is made from high-grade carbon fiber fabric using precision-measured molds to ensure the finished product fits exactly on your vehicle. Each of the several fabric sheets is precisely hand-laid with marine-grade resin before being vacuum-formed and pressure cured. This produces a hood with scant inconsistencies, and the familiar “wet”, exposed weave look. Additionally, this hood can be easily painted with a color or design of your choice, or it could be left raw. If you’re considering the latter option, it’s advised to use an automotive clear coat with UV inhibitors to prevent fading.

      Easy Install Procedure. This OE-style Demon hood installs relatively easily onto your stock hood hinges using OE fasteners. This hood requires windshield washer modifications on Challengers. You will also need to install hood pins for safety. Additionally, it’s advised to install a heat shield and prop rods. Please note that the manufacturer recommends professional installation of this product.

      Includes a 6-Month Finish Warranty Backing. This OE-style hood includes a 6-month warranty backing against factory damage to its finish. It should be noted that this is a product that's crafted by hand. As such, small imperfections may be present. Please visit the manufacturer’s website for more details.
