Increase Power and Performance. The 2011-2014 V6 Mustangs came equipped straight from the factory with 305 HP and 280 ft/lb of Torque making them a quick little pony. But just like all other Mustang owners, V6ers get the itch for more power as well. Scratch that itch by replacing the restrictive stock intake with AFE's Magnum Force Stage 2 Pro 5R Cold Air Intake. The Magnum Force Stage 2 will improve incoming airflow for increases of horsepower and torque at the rear wheels. The AFE Magnum Force Intake not only improves your V6's power, but its mirror polished aluminum intake will improve your V6's under hood appearance as well making this intake perfect for both show and go.
No Tune Required. This AFE Magnum Force Stage 2 Cold Air Intake is designed to improve the performance of your Cyclone powered V6 Mustang without the need of reprogramming your Mustang computer. By utilizing state of the art computer-aided designs this AFE Intake will increase power using the factory tune.
Pro 5R Air Filter. The Pro 5R Air Filter is engineered to effectively filter out minuscule power robbing particulates while maintaining excellent air flow. This AFE Air Filter features 3-layers of progressively finer synthetic media to ensure superior filtration and outstanding engine protection without the use of messy oils. The soft polyurethane frame is pliable allowing it to seal tightly to the stock air box.
Straight Forward Installation. Designed to be a direct fit replacement for the factory intake this AFE Magnum Force Stage 2 Cold Air Intake installs with just basic hand tools. No extra modifications or special tools are required for an easy 1 hour installation. All necessary parts and instructions are included.
Recommended Upgrade. Even though a re-tune is not required for operation, AmericanMuscle recommends a custom tune with a Mustang Handheld Tuner. By reprogramming the vehicles computer (ECU) to you will get the best possible power and performance increases from this cold air intake.
